2 Prohibited Content

3 Abuse Policy

Using the server for DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network interference will result in an instant ban.

4 Crypto-Mining

Any form of cryptocurrency mining (Bitcoin, Monero, etc.) is strictly forbidden.

5 Account Sharing

You are solely responsible for your billing account and server password. Do not share with strangers.

6 Termination Right

BornoCloud reserves the right to terminate any service without prior notice if terms are violated.

Refund Policy

Our guidelines regarding payments and refund eligibility.

1 Finality

All payments made to BornoCloud are final and strictly non-refundable once the service is provisioned.

2 Technical Faults

A 50% partial refund is only eligible if the server remains offline for 3+ consecutive days due to a fault from our side.

3 No Accidental Refunds

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, or "buying by mistake."

4 No Lag Refunds

Refunds are not provided for client-side lag, ISP issues, or poor server optimization by the user.

5 Rule Violations

No refund will be given if your service is terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

6 Chargeback Warning

Any attempt to open a dispute or chargeback will lead to a permanent ban from all services.
